Which wipes does an office need?
Most offices use three: EPA-registered disinfecting wipes for hard, non-porous surfaces such as desks, countertops, doorknobs and light switches, used as directed on the label; 70% IPA alcohol wipes for everyday cleaning of keyboards and phones; and touchscreen wipes for monitors, tablets and kiosks.
Which Wipex wipe is EPA-registered?
The Wipex EPA-Registered Disinfecting Wipes 800ct Refill Roll (EPA Reg. No. 1839-190-99255). It is the only Wipex wipe intended for disinfecting, on hard, non-porous surfaces when used as directed. It is not for personal cleansing.
Are alcohol wipes and screen wipes disinfectants?
No. Wipex 70% IPA alcohol wipes and touchscreen wipes are cleaning wipes and are not EPA-registered disinfectants. When your cleaning plan calls for disinfecting, use the EPA-registered roll.
Can I use the touchscreen wipes on monitors, tablets and POS screens?
Wipex touchscreen wipes are compatible with most touchscreens and are streak-free on touchscreens and consoles. Check your device maker's care instructions. If in doubt, test on a small, inconspicuous area first.
