What does the green “plastic-free” icon indicate?
The green check mark icon indicates products made with plant-based viscose cloth. This plastic-free material is designed as an alternative to wipes made with plastic fibers and supports a more thoughtful approach to material selection for both individuals and facilities. Plastic-free cloth made from TÜV Austria–certified plant-based viscose fibers, designed for more responsible material choices.
What is your shipping policy?
We currently offer free shipping on orders of $49.00 or more. Free shipping is available within the 48 continental United States only. There is an additional fee for shipping to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and other US territories. If you live in one of these places and wish to place a bulk order, you are welcome to request a custom shipping quote by emailing info@wipex.co.
How quickly will I receive my package?
Orders typically ship within 1 business day of purchase. This excludes weekends and major US holidays. Orders on the east coast typically arrive within 2-3 business days, while orders to the western states typically require 3-5 business days for transit. You will receive a tracking number when your order is prepped for shipment.
How do subscriptions work?
You can place a subscription order for most products on our website. Subscriptions can be personalized through a dedicated portal , where you can make changes, cancel, or pause at any time. The default reorder interval is once per month. If you wish to customize your interval (e.g. once every 3 weeks), please send a request via email to info@wipex.co.
Can I return a package?
Certainly. You may request a return within 30 days of purchasing your item. Products sent back unopened will return the full amount, minus the cost of shipping.
