This plastic-free cloth substrate is a more sustainable alternative to wipes made with plastic fibers and they are an excellent way to reduce landfill waste over time, both for individuals and facilities. Our plant-based cloth is TUV-certified compostable and biodegradable.

We currently offer free shipping on orders of $36.00 or more. Free shipping is available within the 48 continental United States only. There is an additional fee for shipping to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and other US territories. If you live in one of these places and wish to place a bulk order, you are welcome to request a custom shipping quote by emailing info@wipex.co.

Orders typically ship within 1 business day of purchase. This excludes weekends and major US holidays. Orders on the east coast typically arrive within 2-3 business days, while orders to the western states typically require 3-5 business days for transit. You will receive a tracking number when your order is prepped for shipment.

You can place a subscription order for most products on our website. Subscriptions can be personalized through a dedicated portal , where you can make changes, cancel, or pause at any time. The default reorder interval is once per month. If you wish to customize your interval (e.g. once every 3 weeks), please send a request via email to info@wipex.co.

Certainly. You may request a return within 30 days of purchasing your item. Products sent back unopened will return the full amount, minus the cost of shipping.
